Offering assistance to families with children with special needs who require extra supports and services.
The Nzen'man' Aboriginal Supported Child Development Program is open to all Indigenous children up to age 19 and their families living with a developmental delay or disability throughout the Nlaka’pamux Nation (on and off reserve, status or non-status).
Services are provided to best meet the needs of the children and may include: support and planning, parent training, referrals to therapists or other services (such as Autism BC), small group sessions, or a one to one support worker.
